• Lead & Manage Projects: Oversee all phases of Division 3 concrete construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and beyond expectations.
• Concrete Construction Expertise: Manage structural concrete, tilt-up panels, post-tensioned slabs, reinforced concrete systems, and high-performance flatwork.
• Financial & Budget Oversight: Track project costs, review contracts, negotiate change orders, and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Schedule & Logistics Management: Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, coordinating labor, materials, and subcontractors to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce OSHA safety regulations, job site compliance, and quality control measures to maintain exceptional craftsmanship and workplace safety.
• Problem Solving & Risk Management: Proactively identify construction challenges, implement solutions to avoid delays, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Team Leadership & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, engineers, and site teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Project Documentation: Maintain organized and accurate project records, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, daily reports, and project closeout documents.
  

• 5-7 years of project management experience in Division 3 commercial concrete subcontracting.
• Strong expertise in structural concrete, tilt-wall construction, post-tensioned systems, and high-performance flatwork.
• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar).
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and contracts with precision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills in high-pressure construction environments.
• Commitment to safety and in-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is a plus, but not required.
• PMP certification or other project management credentials are a plus.
