Summary/Objective
This position is responsible for the precise and efficient production, assembly, and handling of materials, tools, and equipment within the Warehouse environment. The Warehouse Manufacturer/Assembler role involves utilizing specialized tools and equipment to execute the assembly processes in accordance with established standards, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Essential Functions

- Executes the assembly/manufacturing process for tires, including the foam filling process.
- Accurately assembles predetermined product kits, maintains an accurate inventory list of assembled kits, manages the corresponding bin locations within the warehouse.
- Skillfully operates warehouse equipment, such as a sewing machine and saw, to manufacture specific products.
- Repackages bulk items into individual units, primarily motors or heavy equipment, in accordance with company standards and safety protocols.
- Efficiently transports materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping zones or to other designated areas.
- Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequences such as size, type, style, color or product code, to maintain organized and easily accessible inventory.
- Processes and files requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items, distributing these items to shipping areas or designated route driver storage locations.
- Assembles customer orders from stock, places them on pallets or shelves, or relocates orders to designated holding areas or shipping for final processing.
- Accurately records the quantities of and marks materials or items received or distributed using the appropriate labeling methods and computer programs.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment that is accessible to both sales personnel and customer traffic, in adherence to all safety regulations.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This position works in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:30AM to 6:00PM.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
- One year of prior warehouse clerk experience.
- Previous experience with light mechanical work.
- Certification for Forklift Operations.
