The Contracts Administrator is a critical link between project management, legal, and financial teams, ensuring that all construction contracts and related documents are accurately prepared, reviewed, and executed. This position plays a vital role in overseeing contract compliance, managing amendments, and maintaining effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and vendors. A strong understanding of construction processes, excellent verbal and written communication, and a passion for driving high standards are key attributes of this role that create shared success across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in compliance and risk assessment in reviewing and issuing subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
- Assist in obtaining and issuing payment and performance bonds and releasing them upon project completion.
- Responsible for setting up all approved projects in CMIC/Textura after release from project team.
- Coordinate and work with Insurance Team, Project Accountants and Project Teams to resolve all contract related compliance issues.
- Order GCONs insurance certificate for all Owners contracts.
- Filing and managing Preliminary Documents.
- Assist in issuing all tax documents.
- Assist in the overview and management of the subcontractor onboarding/prequalification process.
- Assist in annual renewal maintenance of existing subcontractors.
- Collecting all documents related to subcontractor prequalification as well as coordinating timely management review of those documents by GCON Management.
- Assist in entering subcontractor information into appropriate insurance systems.
- Assist in maintenance of all subcontractor Non-Disclosure Agreements and Master Subcontract Agreement filings.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Min 2 years of relevant experience or an associates degree in a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in the North Phoenix Office 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AA in Paralegal studies.
- Experience working with CMIC.
- Experience working with Textura.
- Experience working in the construction industry or related industry.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
