DOORS Contractor for DOORS SME / Admin / Database Role to support Strategic program office tasking, filling a multi-faceted role as a DOORS database SME, DOORS database administrator, and DOORS process development role.
Data Handling Considerations : (minimum) candidates must be able to handle CUI data. Expected Tasking : DOORS Administrative / Power User :
Support users of DOORS in the creation of exports (at minimum, for DOORS classic). Create accounts & projects. ID, define necessary / to-be-implemented, communicate, and perform DOORS updates.
Implementation / integration of DB constraints and guidelines into the modules (i.e. DXL scripts to set up SDDVP attributes, versions, force common change practices, etc.) (at minimum, for DOORS classic
Field user question pertaining to the use of DOORS and corresponding best practices. Support publishing from DOORS by defining and deploying processes or workflows which enable the exporting of different engineering artifacts from DOORS (at minimum, for DOORS classic
Develop Wiki or Confluence-type pages for :
FAQs, Best Practices, Processes / Procedures (at minimum, for DOORS classic). DOORS SME : Set up processes for authorizing and creating DOORS modules, compliant with contractual and security policies.
Set up processes for authorizing and assigning user roles and permissions.
Implement above module creation and role / permission assignment processes, compliant with contractual and security policies.
Define and implement a backup / recovery / spill mediation-type plan.
