We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with expertise in digital transformation. This role will support Industry 4.0 Supplier initiatives by evaluating business processes, driving digital adoption, and optimizing operations through advanced technologies.
Key Responsibilities :
Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements aligned with Industry 4.0 objectives. Analyze current processes to identify automation, digitization, and efficiency opportunities. Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and models to support digital transformation initiatives. Build and present business cases and project proposals that align with Industry 4.0 trends and organizational strategy. Implement Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, advanced analytics, and smart manufacturing solutions. Manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution. Perform data analysis to measure digital transformation impact and provide insights for continuous improvement. Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and system rollouts for seamless adoption. Maintain detailed project documentation following best practices in project management methodologies. Stay informed on emerging Industry 4.0 technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience. 5 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, or Industry 4.0 projects, with a background in project and / or program management. Proven experience executing Industry 4.0 initiatives in Digital Solutions, Technology, Governance, and Workforce Development. Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP, Scrum Master certification preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex systems and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required), along with PowerPoint and Word. Experience with SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Knowledge of business process modeling techniques and tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
