Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering preferred).
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management in the Defense and Aerospace industry.
- Experience with NPI processes, including planning, project management, and execution.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications (e.g., AS9100, ITAR). Proficiency in CAD software and engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the Defense and Aerospace industry is desirable

As an NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer you will be responsible for managing the transition of new products from the development phase to full-scale production. Their primary focus is to ensure a smooth and efficient transition, meeting all quality, cost, and schedule requirements. Candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, manufacturing engineers, program managers, and suppliers, to ensure a seamless transition from product development to production. Experience in the Defense and / or Aerospace industries is desirable.
Responsibilities include :
New Product Introduction Planning : Collaborate with design engineering teams to understand product specifications, requirements, and design intent.
Manufacturing Process Development : Design and optimize manufacturing processes, including assembly methods, testing procedures, and quality control measures.
Supply Chain Management :
Production Ramp-up and Support : Facilitate the smooth transition of new products into full-scale production, ensuring production readiness and capacity planning.
Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the NPI process , including engineering change orders, process specifications, and test reports.
