Senior Business Analyst, hybrid role
This role requires expertise in business analysis, project management, and emerging Industry 4.0 technologies. You will assess business processes, implement digital solutions, and collaborate on innovative projects to enhance operational efficiency. A Senior Industry 4.0 Analyst is needed to drive digital transformation initiatives within our supplier network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements aligned with Industry 4.0 objectives.
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and optimization.
- Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and visual models to support digital transformation efforts.
- Build business cases and project proposals that align with strategic goals and Industry 4.0 trends.
- Implement and support Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, advanced analytics, and smart manufacturing systems.
- Oversee project teams, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Conduct data analysis to measure the impact of digital initiatives and provide actionable insights.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support system rollouts to ensure smooth adoption.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation following best practices in project management.
- Stay updated on Industry 4.0 trends and emerging technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience.
- US Citizenship or Permanente Resident is required for this position.
- 5 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, or Industry 4.0 projects, with a strong background in project or program management.
- Experience executing Industry 4.0 initiatives across key areas such as Digital Solutions, Governance, and Workforce Development.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies; certifications like PMP or ScrumMaster are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Expertise in business process modeling techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving digital transformation initiatives.
