Company is seeking a motivated Sr analytical Business Analyst with project/ program management experience. In this role, you will oversee junior level analysts, support our organization by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and contributing to data-driven decision-making. This is a client and customer facing role.
- Review and assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and other visual aids to communicate complex information
- Present compelling visuals and presentations through the use of easy to understand graphics.
- Support the development of business cases and project proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and process improvements
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support business decisions
- Participate in user acceptance testing and provide support during system implementations
- Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 10 /- years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with business process modeling techniques and tools
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
Travel - Regional travel will be expected MA, CT, RI area.
