We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized House Manager to oversee all aspects of managing the CEO's personal residence. This is a key support role that requires discretion, flexibility, and an exceptional ability to manage a wide range of household responsibilities with professionalism.
Position Summary:
The House Manager will be responsible for the seamless daily operation of the CEO’s home, acting as the point person for household staff, service providers, and vendors. This individual will also assist with home design projects, maintenance appointments, errands, and any ad hoc needs to support the CEO's lifestyle and schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of household operations, ensuring the home is clean, organized, and running efficiently.
Schedule, coordinate, and oversee all home maintenance, repairs, and vendor appointments.
Liaise with contractors, interior designers, and service professionals as needed for home improvement or design projects.
Maintain household supplies and inventory; manage shopping and restocking as needed.
Coordinate housekeeping and ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
Provide occasional personal assistance, including running errands, receiving deliveries, and coordinating special requests.
Support event coordination or guest preparation when hosting at the residence.
Ensure the home reflects the CEO’s personal standards and preferences at all times.
Provide flexible availability and a can-do attitude to assist with unexpected needs.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a house manager, estate manager, personal assistant, or similar role.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Comfortable managing vendors and overseeing home projects.
Tech-savvy and able to maintain household schedules digitally.
Flexible, resourceful, and proactive problem-solver.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
