Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join our team in Orlando, FL or remotely. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and growing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving successful recruitment outcomes.
As an Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor for recruitment and talent needs.
- Understanding client requirements and working closely with the recruitment team to deliver top-tier candidates.
- Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and successful placements.
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and building long-term partnerships.
- Monitoring market trends within the Telco and Broadcast industries to provide clients with valuable insights.
- Proactively addressing client concerns and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with GCS’s services.
- Tracking and reporting on account performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, account management, or customer service is a plus (entry-level candidates with a passion for client engagement are welcome to apply).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster strong relationships.
- A client-centric mindset, with the ability to anticipate and address client needs effectively.
