Support Client Wireless’ 24 / 7 Network Operations Center by monitoring the RAN Network, troubleshooting 5G cell site incidents, and escalating issues to Tier II when necessary. Ensure efficient and effective resolution of service issues, support end-to-end monitoring and troubleshooting of the 5G ORAN platform, and collaborate with various teams to restore services.

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor RAN EMS’s & observability tools.
  • Identify incidents, log tickets, and assess impact in ServiceNow.
  • Perform initial troubleshooting and support market chat groups.
  • Conduct site monitoring / health checks post-maintenance.
  • Oversee incident management and drive ticket resolution.
  • Prioritize incidents based on urgency and business impact.
  • Collaborate with FIM, Advanced Ops, Engineering, and Vendor teams.
  • Manage outages and emergencies, ensuring KPI and SLA adherence.
  • Work with RF, Deployment & Integration, Tech Dev, Core, Cloud Infra, Network Engineering, and Market teams.
  • Resolve customer complaints within SLAs.
  • Maintain updated trouble tickets and ensure open incident backlog is optimal.

  • Skills, Experience, and Requirements :

  • Bachelor / Master degree or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of telecom / wireless experience.
  • Experience in 4G / 5G NOC shift environments and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to prioritize dynamic schedules and manage incidents efficiently.
  • Knowledge of 5G functional components (Core, RAN, Network, Transport, PaaS, gNB configurations).
  • Ability to troubleshoot high-level technology issues under pressure.
