Job Title: Technical Program Manager Connected Living

Job Description

Team supports a digital dashboard that allows customers to manage their home WiFi network and connected home. We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and manage workstreams focused on delivering features for this platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple workstreams for the development and delivery of features.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration across engineering, product management, and other business units.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheets to track progress and document processes.
  • Develop and execute project plans, managing risks, dependencies, and obstacles.
  • Drive software development efforts through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring high-quality product delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Actively identify potential blockers and proactively implement solutions to maintain project momentum.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a technical setting.
  • Strong SDLC knowledge and experience in software development projects.
  • Technical background with the ability to create project plans, manage challenges, and drive solutions.
  • Mobile application experience is required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, demonstrating maturity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheets to manage project workflows and documentation.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience working in telecommunications or with mobile applications for companies such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Spectrum, etc., is a plus.
  • Previous experience managing mobile application development within telecom or smart home platforms.
  • Familiarity with networking and WiFi technologies (not a primary requirement but beneficial).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data-driven decision-making.

  • WiFi extension: Expand coverage using WiFi Boost Pods.
  • Home security integration: Live video streaming and two-way audio with cameras and video doorbells.
