- Ensure ServiceNow platform instances are running efficiently, and troubleshoot any performance issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in managing and configuring ServiceNow environments.
- Certifications: Security required, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- Experience with ITIL processes and integration development.
