What are the responsibilities and job description for the Computer Programmer position at GCyber?
*Due to the classification and nature of the work performed, this position will be full-time at the Government location.
As the Computer Programmer, you will:
- Extract and correlate data from various endpoint security tools using APIs and customer scripts
- Develop custom Python/PowerShell scripts for real-time data ingestion
- Develop and maintain API integrations to securely connect data
- Automate data collection and reporting using custom connectors
- Support data analysis to provide insights into trends, gaps, and areas of improvement.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Active DoD Active Secret Clearance
- DoD 8570 IAT II Certification or higher (https://public.cyber.mil/cw/cwmp/dod-approved-8570-baseline-certifications)
- 1-5 years of data analytics experience for the DoD, specifically focused on data extraction, integration, and custom dashboard development.
- Knowledgeable in Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automating data extraction and processing.
- Ability to develop and manage API integrations for real-time data flow between cybersecurity tools and Power Apps.
