As The Deskside Support Technician, You Will
- Provide Tier 2 technical support, resolve customer issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Utilize ITIL best practices to enhance and optimize the services provided to end users.
- Develop and report on performance metrics, ensuring continuous service improvement and team feedback.
- Manage and optimize Service Desk resources, staff performance, and technical development.
- Coordinate with IT support teams to enhance service delivery and meet customer requirements.
- Active DoD Secret security clearance
- DoD 8570 IAT II certification (e.g., Security , CCNA – Security, CySA . GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP)
- Strong Customer service skills
- ITIL v3 Foundation certification preferred.
