As An Inside/Outside Plant (OSP) Manager, You Will
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of inside and outside plant cabling infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry and DoD standards.
- Oversee projects for the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of fiber optic and copper cabling, including aerial and underground systems.
- Supervise technicians and contractors, ensuring quality work, budget adherence, and timely project completion.
- Conduct site surveys, develop project scopes, and maintain detailed documentation, including engineering diagrams and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage OSP inventory, and provide technical expertise for troubleshooting and infrastructure maintenance.
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Rapid Response Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) Certification
