What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Advisor position at GCyber?
As the Senior Advisor, you will:
- Offer advice on programs, plans, and technologies with an emphasis on integrating emerging capabilities across the Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD.
- Evaluate existing processes and recommend strategic enhancements to streamline operations and improve the operational environment.
- Analyze operational gaps and recommend innovative solutions that align with Army G-2 and DNI priorities.
- Provide forward-looking assessments of future operational needs, focusing on Army modernization goals.
- Guide the development and implementation of intelligence strategies to support multi-domain operations.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Active DoD Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 15 – 20 years of experience in Intelligence management or consultation.
- Experience across disciplines like SIGINT, HUMINT, or Multi-Domain Operations (MDO).
- Background in planning synchronization meetings and stakeholder coordination.
- Previous experience supporting US Army INSCOM or other defense intelligence experience preferred.
