GCyber is seeking a Senior Helpdesk Support Specialist , who will provide support across NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, and SAP domains. As the Senior Helpdesk Support Specialist you will interact with end-users, resolve IT issues, and support key IT initiatives with occasional travel to Naval Station Guantanamo Bay. As the Senior Helpdesk Support Specialist , you will : Provide comprehensive IT Help Desk support, including ticket submission, troubleshooting, and device maintenance across multiple security domains (NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, SAP). Manage IT assets, onboarding, account provisioning, and secure equipment handling, with occasional surge support at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB). Support and troubleshoot VTC, VOIP, network resources, mobile devices, and computer peripherals following established policies and procedures. Deliver desk-side training, maintain knowledge management systems, and utilize ITIL best practices to optimize service delivery and resolve customer issues. Collaborate with OMC and DISA J6 teams to plan and implement IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with operational goals and continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications and Experience : Active DoD Active Top Secret / SCI Clearance Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related fields. 6-8 years of experience DoD IAT II certification (i.e. Security , CCNA Security, CySA , GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, or CND) VCP certification, preferred.
