What are the responsibilities and job description for the Software Test Engineer position at GCyber?
As the Test Engineer, you will:
- Develop and document testing procedures, including functional, integration, security, and load/stress testing, with a focus on automated acceptance and regression testing.
- Create and maintain the Release Management Plan, policies, and schedule while supporting release processes and site surveys to validate requirements.
- Facilitate the migration of customer data and metadata onto the CESO architecture and applications.
- Develop and maintain implementation and migration procedures for seamless service upgrades and installations.
- Install or migrate new and upgraded service components into operational environments.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI Poly
- BS and 4 years of hands-on engineering and administration experience in virtualized environments. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- 8570 IAT II certification (i.e., Security , CySA , CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP)
- Ability to obtain an Amazon Developer certification with 120 days.
- Strong knowledge of networking and operating systems
- Virtualization, VM image builds and security hardening
- Prior experience with DISA and DISA’s support to mission partners, preferred.
