Verify the accuracy of data before and after it is entered into the system.
Assist in cleaning and organizing data to ensure consistency and reliability.
Generate reports as required by management to support data analysis.
Provide support in tracking data-related issues and suggest improvements to processes.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle data securely.
Respond to data-related inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus.
Proven experience as a Data Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with data management software.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
PAYRATE: $19.81 - $30.91 Hourly
