Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, ensuring clear communication and alignment with client priorities.
- Oversee change management processes, including the development and implementation of strategies to manage organizational transitions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in strategic planning, organizational development, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
- Monitor and report on the progress of engagement activities, ensuring all deliverables are met within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in client relationship management, consulting, or change management within the water utility or similar sectors.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage and drive change within complex organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary : $19 - $32
