This role requires strong PL/SQL development skills, financial systems knowledge, and experience integrating complex solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize Oracle EBS solutions while leveraging COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) functionality to minimize custom development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Oracle EBS 12.2.9 Financials solutions.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in implementing and optimizing Oracle Financial modules.
- Utilize PL/SQL to develop, optimize, and troubleshoot Oracle EBS applications.
- Work with stakeholders to analyze business needs and provide technical solutions while minimizing RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions) development.
- Develop and maintain APIs, Kafka Queues, and Flat File Processing integrations.
- Ensure seamless payment processing, adhering to EFT and NACHA compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams and leverage IT Service Management tools (e.g., VersionOne, ServiceNow).
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing Oracle EBS applications.
- Document technical processes and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience developing in Oracle EBS 12.2.9 Financials.
- Expertise in Oracle Financial modules: PO, AR, AP, FA, PA, and GL.
- Strong PL/SQL programming skills.
- Experience integrating APIs, Kafka Queues, and Flat File Processing.
- Proficiency in payment processing (EFT, NACHA compliance).
- Background in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management tools (VersionOne, ServiceNow).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize business processes using COTS functionality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A degree from an accredited College/University in a relevant field is preferred.
