Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of consulting projects, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop and manage project plans, including milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and efficient project execution.
- Oversee project documentation, ensuring all reports, status updates, and deliverables are timely and accurate.
- Ensure alignment with the strategic goals and objectives of the client.
- Manage project budgets and track financial performance.
- Provide regular status updates to senior management and clients on project progress and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or similar certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in consulting, particularly in the water utility or utility sectors.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Salary : $50 - $60
