Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise in utility management, financial operations, or organizational development.
- Assist in the development of strategies for business process optimization and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with the client and project teams to identify challenges and provide expert recommendations.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making in areas such as strategic planning and change management.
- Present findings and solutions to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with client goals.
- Support the development and delivery of training and workforce development programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the water utility sector or related field with demonstrated expertise in relevant areas.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex challenges.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working directly with clients to provide tailored solutions.
Salary : $37 - $59
