Responsibilities:
- Engage and manage business relationships with customers to ensure a high level of service and successful execution of business and technical strategies.
- Lead the coordination between business customers and technology development teams, focusing on detailed technology solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide strategic and proactive support in person and virtually to multiple offices, advising on the use of technology to meet organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with technical staff and liaise with office teams to manage IT initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and integration of new technologies.
- Develop and propose technology solutions that meet both the current and future needs of the business, with a focus on system integration and hardware and software requirements.
- Offer training and support to staff on new and existing IT systems, enhancing overall technical skills and system understanding within the organization.
- Continuously revise and improve existing systems and processes, recommending upgrades and enhancements as needed.
- Work closely with other technology teams to analyze business needs, implement customer solutions, and provide ongoing technical product support.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT consulting, with a strong background in technology infrastructure support.
- Proven expertise in hardware and software solutions, network and server maintenance.
- Experience with VMware ESX Server or other VMware products, with at least 5 years of practical experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Windows Server (2012/2016/2019), Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Proficiency in Windows 10 and macOS environments, along with TCP/IP networking setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with VoIP and network security protocols; additional experience with network troubleshooting and connectivity issues is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct effective in-house training sessions.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; Master s degree in Business or IT is a plus.
- At least 2 professional IT certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, VCP, or Windows Server 2016/2019 Certification.
