Responsibilities
- Engage directly with landowners both virtually and in-person to negotiate and secure Land Agreements.
- Collect and verify landowner contact information and ensure accurate documentation of all communications and agreements.
- Coordinate extensively with the Development Manager and Real Estate Specialist to align strategies and ensure compliance with project objectives.
- Prepare and facilitate the execution of Land Agreements, ensuring all legal and project-specific requirements are met.
- Attend public hearings and provide support as a liaison, leveraging knowledge and relationships with landowners to aid project advancement.
- Manage and maintain records of real estate documentation such as title commitments, deeds, trust certificates, and more.
- Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels of the project team, contributing to a collaborative working environment.
- Support the project team in other duties as necessary, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to meet changing project needs.
- Demonstrated experience in land acquisition and negotiation, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively communicate and educate stakeholders on Land Agreements.
- Detail-oriented with a capacity to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines.
- Knowledgeable in handling and securing real estate documentation.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Availability to travel to various locations as required by project demands.
