Responsibilities:
- Analyze potential and existing large to mega-projects in each region/franchise for conflicts pertaining to scheduling, personnel/manning needs, contractor availability, and equipment availability.
- Recommend courses of action necessary to resolve aspects of projects identified as problematic to successful project/program completion.
- Interface with the project selection group and provide essential information ensuring a full understanding of project expectations and risks prior to sanctioning.
- Work with industry groups to research and determine the availability of external resources that can or cannot support project execution.
- Develop a repository of competing project data to aid in identifying potential conflicts for future projects in specific regions or franchises.
- Issue bi-monthly progress reports for each Operating Area noting aspects of concern and internal/external resources available.
- Attend project and stakeholder meetings as required, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, or equivalent field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Project Analysis, Controls, and Data Analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Forecasting Process and Oracle.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to various stakeholders.
- Ability to research, analyze, and synthesize complex information to make informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in work output.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to recommend solutions to complex issues.
- Availability to attend meetings and work across different time zones as required.
