Responsibilities
- Assist in the deployment of Zscaler solutions including ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, SaaS API, and Privileged Remote Access, ensuring successful integration with client infrastructures.
- Provide day 2 support for Zscaler systems, focusing on performance optimization, troubleshooting issues, and resolving incidents promptly.
- Participate actively in the deployment process to gain comprehensive knowledge of the system setup, configuration, and customer environment.
- Monitor system performance post-deployment, track relevant metrics, and address challenges to maintain optimal operation.
- Offer expert-level support and guidance to clients on Zscaler products, managing escalations and ensuring efficient issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of the deployment process, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to support future maintenance and upgrades.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients, sharing knowledge and insights to enhance day-to-day operations and system functionality.
- Proven experience in deploying and configuring Zscaler products such as ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, SaaS API, and Privileged Remote Access.
- Strong background in cloud security principles and network architecture.
- Capability to provide comprehensive day 2 support including troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to address complex network and security challenges.
- Experience in working directly with clients to understand technical requirements and provide customized support.
- Relevant Zscaler certifications are highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS API integrations and privileged remote access solutions.
- Knowledge of network security best practices, VPNs, SD-WAN, and related technologies.
