What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Tech position at GDI Services Inc US?

Work Schedule:
- Tues, & Thursday - Sunday @ 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Responsibilities:
- Perform floor cleaning and maintenance tasks in commercial settings
- Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment, such as walk behind and ride on scrubber
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum entrances dirt, debris, and stains
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment
- Assist with other custodial duties as assigned
Skills:
- Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and appropriate cleaning methods
- Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment effectively and safely
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions for proper floor maintenance
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects as required for the job
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members
