What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industrial Laborer position at GDI Services Inc US?

Shifts:
Monday to Friday and some weekends (various shifts)
Job Duties:
- Cleaning and sanitizing floors, walls, and other surfaces using Plant approved cleaning agents and equipment.
- Disposing of waste and hazardous materials in accordance with Plant policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining and cleaning equipment used in the production process, such as motors, pipes, conduits, as well as stairs and cat walks.
- Conducting routine inspections of the facility to identify areas that require additional cleaning.
- Communicating with other employees to ensure that cleaning schedules are coordinated with production schedules.
- Reporting any issues or concerns to management.
- Following all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
Requirements:
- Experience in cleaning or sanitation.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Must be able to meet physical requirements of position to include standing, bending, kneeling, fitting into tight spaces, climbing stairs/ladders and heights.
