Shift :
5am-9am M-F, Weekend Availability Needed
Summary :
Oversee janitorial staff as well as clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas so that health standards are met.
Essential Duties :
- Lead and coordinate the work of the janitorial staff in the building
- General cleaning of building, keeping it maintained and in good condition
- Empty wastebaskets and take other trash to disposal areas.
- Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
- Sanitize restrooms and fill dispensers.
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Spot clean glass partitions, window blinds and mirrors.
- Dust furniture, walls, woodwork, window stills, equipment and other assigned areas.
- Mix cleaning solutions according to specifications.
- Use floor cleaning equipment as needed (i.e. buffer, walk behind, spot-carpet cleaner).
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Keep cleaning supplies in stock
- Perform other duties and tasks assigned by supervision
- Complete training courses as required
