What You’ll Do

  • Ensure Quality : Inspect and verify the quality of residential HVAC installations and repairs, ensuring they meet company standards.
  • Troubleshoot & Resolve : Diagnose and resolve any issues in residential HVAC systems, using your expertise to ensure top performance.
  • Performance Pay : Your compensation will include performance-based pay, directly tied to the call-back rate—your expertise in getting it right the first time matters!
  • Training & Development : Assist in training and developing the skills of our service technicians, helping to elevate the overall level of the department.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to maintain our high standards and contribute to the growth of our department.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience : At least 3 years of residential HVAC experience.
  • Certifications : NATE certification preferred, EPA certification required.
  • Licenses : Valid driver’s license is a must.
  • Skills : Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve any residential HVAC issue.
  • Commitment to Quality : A detail-oriented professional who takes pride in ensuring top-quality work.
