The Sales Administration Assistant supports District Sales Managers of GDM's Mustang Seeds brand and serves as a key point of contact for customers and dealers, handling inquiries related to products, orders, and deliveries.

Job Summary
The Sales Administration Assistant supports District Sales Managers of GDM's Mustang Seeds brand and serves as a key point of contact for customers and dealers, handling inquiries related to products, orders, and deliveries.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle sales orders, processing and following through the system to ensure accuracy and delivery of products.
- Work with the Sales Administration Team to maintain data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Communicate effectively with customers to obtain missing information or answer questions.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Analyze sales, inventory, and accounts receivable reports requested from the Sales Administration Department and submit them by set deadlines.
- Provide feedback from customers to department managers or necessary parties.
- Stay up-to-date with new products, features, and programs.
- Field phone calls and assist District Sales Managers with customer needs while providing excellent customer service.
- Proactively communicate with DSMs to identify needs.
- Submit requested sales and royalty reports in a timely fashion, ensuring accuracy of information.
