We are actively looking for a Business Development/Marketing Manager to join our team. This self-motivated individual will advance growth opportunities with new business partnerships. Ideal candidates will have experience with federal construction projects, network strategically to grow the business, and achieve GDM’s long-term goals.
Daily Duties/Tasks
- Pursue leads and create proposals.
- Research prospective business opportunities.
- Work in partnership with marketing team
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Serve as the principal contact for key clients.
- Develop and lead our high performing team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Increase revenue and brand loyalty.
- Sets up new projects that coincide with our standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with senior management and project managers.
- Cultivate methods, procedures and policies to boost team performance.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Distinguish and execute improvement to enhance efficiency.
Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business development or marketing
- Existing professional registration or ability to obtain within 3-6 months.
- 10 years of business development or marketing experience
- Experience with Adobe Suite, Ajera
