Support Technician
Fully on-site in Fort Worth, TX
Qualifications:
- Experience with PC and phone hardware setup in a professional environment.
- Basic knowledge of cable management best practices.
- Ability to follow technical guidance from IT staff.
- Comfortable with physical tasks, such as lifting and transporting equipment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all setups meet clinic standards.
- Availability for up to 5 days to complete deployment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an IT support, help desk, or deployment role.
- Familiarity with VoIP phone setup and basic programming.
- Experience working in a healthcare or clinical setting (a plus)
