The successful candidate will lead the global quality organization across the part family as well as the supply base. They will partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of quality professionals in site-based teams and across our supply base.
- Partner with part family plant leaders and supplier leadership to drive priorities and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with horizontal teams in programs, design engineering, shop operations, product support engineering, customer teams, and extended quality organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related experience.
- Experienced People Leader.
