The qualified associate who assumes these responsibilities will be expected to:
- Perform precise and detailed assembly work
- Successful candidate shall have the ability to roll fit trim and splice Honeycomb
- Conduct operations and applications using powered nickel based alloys in paste, tape and powdered form
- Use a variety of hand tools
- Possess a working knowledge of blueprint and schematics
- Work effectively and professionally with others in a team setting
- Follow and promote safe work practices
- Support lean initiatives
- Communicate effectively with others, both written and verbal
- Willingness to support team concept and learn/perform other duties as required
- Completes set-ups and operate machinery
- Comply with all site EHS policies and procedures
- Comply and meet all site Quality policies and procedures
- Utilize various tools to Stake, Alloy (paste bead), powder, tape and assemble product
- Utilizes precision measuring instruments to inspect parts
- Adherence to Operator Acceptance Procedures (OAP)
- Inspect finished product and identify defects
- Assembly of details on parts utilizing various tools
- Utilize inspection gauging on parts and run first piece inspection of parts
- Multi-skilled in different operations (fabrication, inspection, Assembly etc.)
- Contribute to continuous improvement and support 6S initiatives
- Ability to be flexible to support team’s goals (duties, hours, and overtime)
- Willingness to support team concept and learn/perform other duties as required
