In addition to comprehensive internal engine repair/overhaul, we also operate a world- class evaluation and testing facility that’s FEDEC capable.
Role Overview: As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will oversee and manage front-line manufacturing employees, typically managing hourly employee populations. This position is remote/on−site/hybrid and involves developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline, using prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy and strategy. Your work will be integral to our mission of advancing aerospace technology and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Required Qualifications
- For roles outside of the USA: Advanced experience in Manufacturing & Production Supervision. Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
- For roles in the USA: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
