Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work with New Product Introductions (NPI) hardware by creating FAIs (First Article Inspections)
- Involved with all aspects of quality documentation, inspection, and other quality related activities
- Create quality plans
- Investigate root cause and implement corrective actions
- Ownership of quality assurance and quality control (Includes quality assurance of products, services, manufacturing processes. Includes conformance in manufacturing, incoming goods control, product inspection, witness points, etc.)
- Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline
- A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent
- Provide informal guidance to new team members
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of Production Quality and/or Related Manufacturing experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of Production Quality and/or Related Manufacturing experience
- GD&T knowledge/experience
- Project management experience
