Essential Responsibilities:

• Follow written work instructions, processes, and procedures accurately.

• Perform visual inspections and basic measurements of parts after assembly steps.

• Conduct functional tests using various equipment (e.g., electrical, helium, and leak tests) to ensure accuracy and functionality.

• Read and interpret dimensional measurements using tools like calipers and scales.

• Complete required dimensional training and demonstrate proficiency.

• Be proficient in assembly processes, including cutting, stripping, and crimping wires.

• Operate test equipment and handle hazardous materials safely.

• Use a wide variety of hand and power tools, and learn to use complex tools and equipment as needed.

• Obtain and maintain high reliability solder certification, solder inspection certification, and Class I and II weld inspection certification.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications/Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• One (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent assembly experience

Desired Characteristics

• Internal workstation auditing

• Previous experience in set-up and tear down

• Basic trouble shooting experience in a manufacturing environment
