Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own specific manufacturing router processes as agreed upon with people leader
- Keep process documentation (planning) updated and relevant
- Keep machine programming updated and relevant
- Stay on top of knowing key process inputs and outputs and their effect on part quality
- Understand process variation and how to control it (six sigma)
- Identify and execute on opportunities to drive waste out of a process (lean)
- Have conversations with associates who are not following process and report this to coaches and business leaders
- Work to change processes if appropriate as requested by associates, the quality organization, or other source
- Train and evaluate associates on their assigned manufacturing processes
- Own change management of assigned processes
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience working in a manufacturing engineering support role)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing engineering support role

- 10 years' experience working in a manufacturing engineering support role
