The Associate Campus Recruiter is an integral part of the Campus Talent Acquisition team and overall recruitment process. The Campus Recruiter will support assigned client groups by managing the full life cycle campus recruiting, including but not limited to, sourcing, interview scheduling, requisition management, & dispositioning candidates for intern, co-op, and development program roles. In addition, will support other Campus activities as assigned, including travel to campuses approximately 50% of the year. This position will be on-site in Louisville, KY with remote flexibility.

How You'll Create Possibilities
Workday/ Candidate Screening
- Complete ownership of full lifecycle campus recruiting.
- Create and post job requisitions as needed.
- Disposition of candidates in the job requisition based on eligibility to meet minimum qualifications or progress candidates to the next step of the recruiting process in Workday.
- Conduct phone screens and verify candidates’ application status prior to interviews.
- Schedule interviews with function team members as assigned.
- Attend interview debriefs to review interview record forms to ensure candidates meet basic qualifications and offer targets are reviewed prior to extending offers.
- Generate offer details and route to Recruiting Coordinator within ATS.
- Ensure compliance with all federal guidelines and auditing purposes.
- Identify, market, attract, and hire early career talent through use of Handshake, Symplicity, RippleMatch, and other campus job platforms, along with attending campus events.
- Partner with hiring managers and voluntary recruiters to coordinate interviews.
- Communicate with Commercial, Finance, and Digital Technology program managers and volunteer recruiters to extend the written offers through Workday.
- Call candidates to extend verbal offers and answer any follow-up questions they have.
- Track offer status for individual functions to monitor the number of offers made, offers accepted, and offers declined, among other tracking data.
- Communicate with assigned HR/ Program Managers for weekly recruiting updates.
- Develop and implement campus recruiting strategies that align with the organization’s hiring goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with college and university centers, faculty, student organizations, and other campus stakeholders to create a strong presence on campus.
- Planning and executing on-campus recruitment events such as career fairs, information sessions, and interviews.
- Manage the administrative process of returner offers, internal & executive referrals, and function transfers.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system.
- Partner with career planning and placement office and alumni office at core partner schools and assist with identifying new partner schools as needed.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and prioritize open positions and develop job descriptions that appeal to students and recent graduates. Help them think about future needs and skills alignment.
- Manage Campus-related administrative tasks as assigned.
- Assist in event creation, event management, and candidate communication through vendor website.
- Answer inquiries from the Campus Recruiting mailbox.
- Maintain return offer database of candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology or a related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or talent selection.
- Ability to communicate effectively, take initiative & be organized.
- Understanding of general talent acquisition recruiting processes.
- Six (6) months or more of Campus Recruiting experience (highly desired).
- Experience with Workday.
- Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills.
- Experience with college career services office.
