GE Appliances is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Professional to support our Air & Water Solutions team in the Hospitality sector. This role is responsible for managing inside (phone) sales and account management for an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will focus on achieving sales targets, developing strong customer relationships, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

How You'll Create Possibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and margin goals by selling GE Appliances Air & Water products to Hospitality customers.
  • Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, managing the sales process from initial outreach to close.
  • Maintain an outbound call schedule to drive customer engagement and increase sales productivity.
  • Analyze competitor trends to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Partner with distributors to strengthen both direct and indirect Hospitality sales channels.
  • Assist customers with account setup, product support, and post-sales service.
  • Utilize digital tools to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.


What You'll Bring to Our Team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a closely related field.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in appliance sales or the hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Previous success in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in phone-based sales.
