We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Design Engineer on our Refrigeration Ice and Beverage Team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing essential refrigeration components, including icemakers, ice buckets, and dispensers. You will lead projects from conception through execution, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

How You'll Create Possibilities
- Lead the design, development, and execution of innovative refrigeration components such as icemakers, ice buckets, and dispensers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, manufacturing engineers, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of designs.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Utilize advanced design software and tools to create detailed models and prototypes.
- Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure product reliability and efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in design engineering, preferably in the refrigeration or appliance industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proven track record of successful project management and execution.
