The Associate Digital Marketing Specialist has a key role on the Private eCommerce team by managing relationships with clients and building sales opportunities. This role serves as the Account Manager for the GE Appliances Store with employee discount site providers.PositionAssociate Digital Marketing SpecialistLocationUSA, Louisville, KYHow You'll Create PossibilitiesRESPONSIBILITIES : Execute promotions and analyze results that are focused on business goals and objectives.Analyze data within Excel to inform decision making and make progress on goals and objectives.Gather quotes and invoices for marketing placements.Manage a spending plan that drives traffic, grows the consumer user base and stays within budget.Work closely with Finance, VMO and the Legal organization when submitting PO's.Collaborate with cross-functional team members throughout the organization to align business objectives.Manage consumer e-newsletters for the GE Appliances External Partner Channel (EXT) including gathering content, obtaining legal approval, testing, executing delivery to consumers and post-send analytics.Drive growth in the EXT channel by maintaining contacts with accounts and providing marketing materials for program communication.Maintain database of executed marketing placements.Assist in negotiating contracts and fees for marketing placements.Schedule marketing placements that ladder to the overall Commercial calendar.Coordinate the development of digital marketing assets.Monitor content on provider websites to ensure current and accurate offers are shown.Calculate Return On Investments (ROIs), and utilize them in decision making.What You'll Bring to Our TeamREQUIREMENTS OR QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or other related discipline1 year of digital marketing or ecommerce experienceExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in PC and Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access (as needed)Strong time management and analytical skills.Motivated team player with a collaborative style who can work independently as well as in a team setting.Desired : Ability to effectively communicate business strategy through all levels of the organization.Demonstrated skills in relationship building and facilitation.Our CultureAt GE Appliances, creativity meets passion and conversations lead to exceptional outcomes and experiences.
