Are you ready to kick-start your career in production supervision? We’re looking for a motivated and eager individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Associate Production Supervisor (Associate Manager, Manufacturing Operations). This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about learning the ropes of production management in a manufacturing or industrial environment.You’ll play a vital role in supporting daily operations on the production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. What You'll Bring to Our Team
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- No prior supervisory experience necessary—this is an entry-level role.
- Proven organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Clear communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Adaptability in fast-paced and changing environments.
- Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous GE Appliances Co-Op or Internship experience, highly preferred
- Associate’s degree or coursework in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields preferred but not required.
- Exposure to production or manufacturing (through internships, co-ops, or part-time work) is a plus.
- Familiarity with production systems or software is a bonus.
What to Expect
- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing factory/plant environment.
- Stay active with extended periods of standing and walking.
- Adapt to varying temperatures and noise levels on the production floor.
