The Business Operations Specialist will serve a vital role in ensuring the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the Bodewell organization. This position will focus on developing and maintaining business intelligence dashboards, operational control reports, and supporting performance monitoring initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel at transforming data into actionable insights, driving alignment across teams, and managing incentive and commission programs that motivate and reward high performance.

- Develop, monitor, and enhance business intelligence dashboards to drive field performance and execution.
- Collaborate with field leaders to ensure reporting accuracy and alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Regularly analyze and share key performance indicators to promote technician sales programs and operational improvements.
