We are seeking a highly motivated Principal Design Engineer to join our team and lead the development, evaluation, and execution of projects within our Refrigeration Technology division.
As a Principal Design Engineer - Thermal Systems, you will function as an engineering leader responsible for developing optimized solutions around cost, quality, and performance. You will lead the execution of changes through the NPI (New Product Introduction) and C-change processes for refrigeration products.

How You'll Create Possibilities
- Leadership and Project Management :
Lead the development and execution of design plans, project schedules, and evaluation plans.
Develop and enhance control algorithms for bottom freezer platforms.
Conduct testing, validation, and verification to ensure products meet conformance specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product design, manufacturing, or field quality.
Work with the software team to integrate parametric updates into software releases.
Maintain design documentation for all concepts, prototypes, and production configurations.
