We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the Consumer Commerce Solutions Team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing the performance of our eCommerce platforms, with a focus on product data management, site search functionality, and project leadership. This position requires a blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to drive initiatives that enhance the consumer experience and operational efficiency.

How You'll Create Possibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Site Search Management :
- Serve as the primary liaison with the Site Search Vendor, scheduling regular reviews and prioritizing deliverables based on business needs.
- Implement and oversee site search functionality improvements across Direct-to-Consumer websites and other Commerce platforms.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance search functionality, ensuring relevant and accurate results that improve the customer journey.
- Create and maintain program roadmaps for site search, incorporating industry trends and vendor recommendations to drive innovation.
- Manage technical troubleshooting related to search engine performance by collaborating with Digital Technology (DT) teams to resolve issues.
- Support New Product Introductions (NPIs) by ensuring accurate integration into site search functionality.
