EDISON ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (EEDP) - ENGINES
Job Summary:
EEDP is a 2-year rotational engineering program designed to accelerate your professional growth through exciting assignments and inspiring technical training opportunities. Upon completion, you will be ready for a career as a jet engine innovator at GE Aerospace.
In the Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP) you will gain a variety of experiences in engineering, work with leaders invested in your learning and development, and collaborate with a global workforce of diverse backgrounds, perspectives, ideas, and experiences. Essential Responsibilities:
Work in three rotational assignments of your choosing across a variety of propulsion engineering disciplines within the commercial and military engine product lines
Apply engineering fundamentals in a dynamic business environment
Hone your analytical/problem-solving skills
Learn about jet engine and propulsion technology directly from world-class engineers and experienced technical leaders
Incorporate LEAN principles into your standard work
Qualifications and Requirements:
Graduating Spring 2024 or before with Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Ceramic, Chemical, Electrical, Engineering Mechanics, Materials, Mechanical, or Welding Engineering from an ABET-accredited university or college
Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale

The base salary for this position is set at $76,000 and this position is eligible for a target bonus of 5% of base salary. Relocation support is available for qualified moves to a new city. Performance-based salary increases are reviewed after each completed rotation.
